Training to Manage Scientific Journals: Improving the Quality of Research Publications
In an increasingly competitive research era, it is important for researchers to be able to manage scientific journals well. This not only affects the reputation of researchers and their institutions, but also contributes to the progress of science and society. Therefore, several universities have provided intensive training for researchers in managing scientific journals effectively.
One of the universities that understands the importance of this training is STIT Muhammadiyah Bangil. Some time ago it launched an intensive training program specifically designed for researchers and their lecturers. The aim of this training is to improve participants’ abilities in managing scientific journals, from the editing process to promotion.
One of the training participants was the chairman himself, Mr. Iwantoro, shared his positive experience. “This training gave me a better understanding of how to run a scientific journal well. I learned about editing ethics, peer review, and how to select high-quality articles for publication,” he said.
